Pollo Fundido, shredded chicken breast, seasoned and sautéed with spices & chilies, and then mixed with a white cream sauce.

3 chicken breasts (about 1 ½ lbs), frozen or thawed
16 oz jar of salsa, strained
1 4oz container of chopped green chilies
3 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
¾ cup milk, divided
8 - 10 flour tortillas (burrito size)
3 Tbsp jalapenos, chopped
2 tsp chicken base
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Carrie’s seasoning
2 cups Colby Jack cheese blend, shredded for topping
