Poor Man's Beef Stroganoff

This is a great throw together meal on nights that you just want something quick, easy and delicious.

1 pound lean ground beef (I use 97% lean)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup milk
A few good shakes of Worcestershire sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) bag egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
