A quick and easy weeknight Parmesan recipe.

1 pound pork chops, trimmed, center cut
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
8 ounces pasta, cooked
28 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
