A-Maz-ing pork tenderloin!!! This simmers in onion soup & red wine that's flavored with garlic & soy sauce. And makes the kitchen smell heavenly while cooking!

3 pound pork tenderloin
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. soy sauce
ground pepper to taste

Place pork tenderloin in the Ninja. Pour water, wine & soy sauce over the top. Minced garlic on the top of the tenderloin and then pour the onion soup mix on top. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on crockpot low for 8 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
