1/2 kg Basmati Rice
1 TBS Garlic Paste
1 TBS Ginger Paste
3 Large Onions
2 TBS Red Chili Powder or as per taste
2 Mugs Yogurt
1 TBS Ground Spice Mixture
2 Lemons
10 to 12 Plums
1 TBS Salt
1.5 TeaSpoon Turmeric Powder
A Few Curry Leaves
Half Mug Oil
1/2 kg Basmati Rice
1 TBS Garlic Paste
1 TBS Ginger Paste
3 Large Onions
2 TBS Red Chili Powder or as per taste

1 TBS Ground Spice Mixture

1 - Heat up oil in a saucepot, add onions and then fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
2 - When onions turn light brown, add garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
