A great way to start your day!!
1
1) 2 Large Eggs
2) 1/2 Ounce Prosciutto, chopped
3) 2 tbsp Partly Skim Ricotta Cheese
4) 1 tbsp Cold Water
5) 1 tsp Coconut oil
6) 1 tbsp Green Onion finely chopped
7) 1 tbsp Skim Milk
8) Salt & Pepper to taste, any other spices you might like to add!
2) 1/2 Ounce Prosciutto, chopped
3) 2 tbsp Partly Skim Ricotta Cheese
4) 1 tbsp Cold Water
5) 1 tsp Coconut oil
6) 1 tbsp Green Onion finely chopped
7) 1 tbsp Skim Milk
8) Salt & Pepper to taste, any other spices you might like to add!
A) In a medium sized mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, water, salt & pepper. Mix Well.
B) Add prosciutto, green onions, and the ricotta cheese.
C) In a medium sized non stick skillet, melt coconut oil over medium heat.
D) When skillet is hot, add your egg mixture and cook over med-low heat for 2-4 minutes.
E) Fold omelet in half and cook another minute or so on each side!!
*** For a simple garnish, add a couple slices of tomato and a couple of fresh basil or parsley leaves. ***
