3-5 Pounds Steak thinly sliced across the grain preferably at an angle
3/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar (white or cider vinegar works too)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Cola (coke/pepsi)
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
4-6 Scallions chopped

In a large bowl mix all the marinade ingredients and whisk well.
Slice steak and add to bowl of marinade.
Mix well and put all the steak and marinade into a gallon ziploc bag.
