1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. real salt
1 cup whole milk
1 cup coconut sugar or white sugar
6 large egg yolks

3 tbsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch

1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered coconut sugar* or white confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
