Pumpkin Crumble Muffins

A great Fall favorite, for the whole family. A perfect warm breakfast!

1) 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2) 1/2 Cup White Sugar
3) 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
4) 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
5) 1/2 Cuup Raisins
6) 1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
7) 3 Tsp Baking Powder
8) 1/2 Tsp each, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, salt
9) 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (for topping)
A) Pre heat oven to 400F. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, white sugar, raisins, baking powder, salt & spices. Mix well. B) In a medium sized mixing bowl, add yogurt, pumpkin, and apple sauce. Mix well with a hand mixer. C) Add wet ingredients to dry mixture, stir just until ingredients are moistened. D) Fill your muffin cups 3/4 full, sprinkle the tops of each with a generous amount of brown sugar. E) Bake on middle rack for 25-30 minutes. let cool.
