Pumpkin Oat Spice Protein Shakes are a delicious and fun way to get the nutrients your body needs. Plus it’s August which means it’s Pumpkin Everything Eve!

1 cup reduced sugar almond milk
1 scoop sugar-free vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of oats I used old fashion
1 apple deseeded
1 banana
1-3 dates pitted
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 scoop sugar-free vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of oats I used old fashion
1 apple deseeded
1 banana
1-3 dates pitted
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Pour the almond milk into a blender. Now add the remaining ingredients. Blend everything together until the ingredients are smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk or water.
