Pumpkin Pancakes with Chocolate Chips
23
These fluffy little pancakes take just a bit longer to cook than the usual pancakes. Totally worth the wait! We usually just eat them plain because they are so good. The leftovers are really good for an afternoon snack just cold out of the fridge! For us, anything with pumpkin and chocolate chip is a win.

1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter ((melted))
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter ((melted))
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately - then fold together (I consider chocolate chips a dry ingredient). Cook on a hot griddle.
