1/2 cup old fashioned oats (like Quaker Quick-1-minute Oats)
1 cup milk
3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tbs brown sugar

Combine Oats, milk, and protein powder in a microwavable bowl- mix well! You want all the powder dissolved in the milk, lumps of protein powder in your oatmeal is not yummy.
