Pumpkin Spice Chewies

Crunchy Special K cereal is drenched in peanut butter caramel, shaped into pumpkins and adorned with a green candy stem to make a great Halloween/fall treat.

1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1½ cups creamy peanut butter
6 cups Special K cereal
4 green licorice twists, each cut into 6 pieces
4-6 ounces melted orange candy melts
