Pumpkin Spiced Brussels Sprouts

These easy brussels sprouts are a great way to get your pumpkin spice fix without adding loads of sugars and flours to your diet.

Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce package of brussels sprouts
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1 16 ounce package of brussels sprouts
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup craisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fairenheght. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
2. Trim and cut brussels sprouts in half.
3. Cut the shallot into thin slices.
4. In a large bowl, mix coconut oil, agave syrup, balsamic vinegar, and spices.
5. Add sprouts and shallot, then toss to coat evenly.
6. Pour sprouts into prepared pan and roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
7. Add pecans and crasins to the sprouts, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
