Quick and Easy Beef Vermicelli

This is a 15 minute Dinner Recipe that is nutritious, light and yummy.

500 grams Beef Sirloin strips
4 cloves Garlic Crushed
1 lemon grass finely chopped
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
1/2 Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon Ketjap Manis
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Onion sliced thinly
1 Carrot sliced thinly
4 stalks Celery sliced thinly
1/4 Cabbage sliced thinly
250 grams Broccoli florets
5 grams Salt and Pepper
400 grams Rice Vermicelli soaked in hot water
4 cloves Garlic Crushed

1 teaspoon grated Ginger
1/2 Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon Ketjap Manis
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Onion sliced thinly
1 Carrot sliced thinly
4 stalks Celery sliced thinly
1/4 Cabbage sliced thinly
250 grams Broccoli florets
5 grams Salt and Pepper
400 grams Rice Vermicelli soaked in hot water
In a bowl add beef, onion, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, ketjap manis, sesame oil, soya sauce and vinegar. Set aside.
Whilst the meat is marinating.
Heat a wok on medium high heat. Spray lightly with Coconut Oil. Saute the onions and then once the onions have cooked through add the beef marinade mix.
Add in all the veges and toss thoroughly.
Drain the noodles then toss through Stir Fry and keep tossing until all ingredients are heated through and the flavors have infused.
Serve in bowls with choopsticks.
