Quick Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Delicious and quick made by jarred Alfredo sauce. You can use whatever kind you like.

1 pound dry fettuccine
3 large chicken thighs
Salt & pepper
Red pepper flakes, to taste
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups broccoli florets
15 ounce jar of Alfredo sauce

15 ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until soft. Drain. Save some of the pasta water!
Meanwhile, thoroughly dry the chicken and cut into bit sized pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Heat up a large pan and add the oil. When it's hot add the chicken and saute until mostly cooked through. Add the garlic and broccoli. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and saute until tender. Add the Alfredo sauce and heat it through. Add the pasta and pasta water if needed to thin it out. Cook until everything is heated through.
