Quick Lasagna Soup

I came home late from a meeting one night and whipped this up in no time.

1# Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (32 ounce) container chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 ounces lasagna noodles, broken (I used egg noodles this time because that is what I had)
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a large sauce pan, cook Italian sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic until sausage is cooked and crumbled.
