1 tsp Brown Sugar

3/4 Cup Quinoa
1 1/2 Cup Water
1 Medium Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Sumac
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
