A healthy way to start your day. It's delicious AND nutritious! If you're new to quinoa this is a great starter recipe that will help you get an idea for how to start incorporating it in to your diet!

1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 egg
1/2 onion, finely diced -or-
1 shallot, finely diced
1 c. packed or 2 c. loosely packed fresh spinach leaves, chopped
