1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup black beans/corn
1/4 cup mixed bell peppers, chopped

1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp hot pepper relish (homemade)
1 tbsp garlic/hot pepper infused extra virgin olive oil (homemade)
juice of one lemon
lemon zest
