Raspberry (and Plum) Jam

I love raspberries, but I don’t love all of the seeds that end up in my jam! This is a perfect partnership of the classic taste of raspberries with a little of the tart plum flavor. It is also a perfect way to add some beautiful color to plums (like italian) that are golden flesh with the purple skin. I have tried this with several types of plums and they all work out great! Just make sure you blend them well. Give this a try for some beautiful color and flavor!

2 cups raspberries ((can be frozen))
6 cups plums (pitted and blended well)
8 1/2 cups sugar
1 packet MCP pectin
Step 1 Boil jars and lids to sterilize. Each batch of jam will make 11 cups of jam so plan accordingly. Pour plums (blended) into a large saucepan. Stir in one package of MCP pectin. Bring to a full boil...
