1 cup dry quinoa, rinsed and drained
2 cups water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup Raspberry Chia Jam
2 cups water

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
