Raspberry Swirled Marshmallow Cheesecake

A homemade cheesecake made with melted marshmallows and swirled with homemade raspberry sauce! Completely worth the extra steps and absolutely delicious!

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened (I used low fat)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup packed marshmallows (16 large ones)
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup milk
Raspberry Swirl:
1-1/2 cups raspberries (I used frozen, but you can use fresh)
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon cold water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
