Raspberry Tart

A sweet little tart toppped with raspberries and sweetened with Xylitol. YUM.

Crust:
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C. oil
1/3 C. cold water

Filling:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 C. whipped cream
2-3 TB Xylitol Sweetener
1 pkg (3.5 oz) French Vanilla Pudding
