Raw Brownies

Healthy, raw brownies with a cashew coconut frosting to satiate your sweet tooth without all the guilt :).

For the Base Layer
1 cup dates
1/4th cup walnuts raw unsalted
1/4th cup almonds raw unsalted
1/4th cup cacao powder
2 tbsp raw honey or agave (optional, if you want them sweet add this, if you like dark chocolate omit)
tsp sea salt (optional)


For the Top Layer
1/4th cup coconut butter
1/2 cup cashews (soaked)
2 tsp stevia (optional)
tbsp unsweetened coconut
tbsp cacao nibs
