Chicken is slow braised in a tomato and wine broth typical of Andorran Cunillo.

1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless
1 cup onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 small bay leaves
1 cup dry white wine
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
16 ounces egg noodles
