Brandy Infused Chocolate Dipped Cherries

Sweet, dark, red cherries are soaked in brandy before being dipped in delicious chocolate and decorative sprinkles. These Brandy Infused Chocolate Covered Cherries pack a powerfully strong punch! Warning: Don’t eat on an empty stomach.

3/4 pound ripe cherries
3 whole vanilla beans
750 ml brandy
3 ounces melting chocolate
sprinkles
