Simple turkey sausage is glammed up with this delicious and simple cream sauce. This Creamy Cajun Pasta with Sausage is perfect for any night of the week!

1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped, green, bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
13 ounces smoked turkey sausage, sliced
14 ounces canned tomatoes
1 cup fat free half and half
2 ounces fat free cream cheese
8 ounces uncooked pasta
