Being tied up in traffic doesn\\\'t mean you\\\'ll have to tied up in the kitchen when you get home. This Grilled Teriyaki Steak and Noodle Salad is deliciously on the table in under 30 minutes.

For the steak:
1 1/2 pounds London broil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced ginger
Pinch crushed red pepper
For the salad:
8 ounces rice vermicelli
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups fat free beef broth
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 cups steamed edamame
1 1/2 pounds London broil

2 tablespoons minced ginger

Combine the first five ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Place the London broil in a zip top plastic bag. Pour the marinade into the bag and marinate 15 minutes.
