A quick hamburger steak with a tasty mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes.

3 c mushrooms, sliced
3 c mushrooms, sliced
1 T margarine
1 pound ground beef
1 T garlic salt
2 c fat free beef broth
1/8 c all-purpose flour
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 T margarine
1/4-1/2 c milk
