Orange falvored cookie mix is the crust for these tasty cream cheese bars.

17.5 ounce orange flavored cookie mix
1/2 cup margarine ( melted )
1/2 cup egg substitute
6 ounces low fat cream cheese (Neufchatel cheese), softened
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup egg substitute
12 ounces white chocolate chips
1/8 cup fat free half and half
