6 cups chopped portobello mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
2 cups vegetable broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
8 ounces egg noodles

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cook egg noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Put the butter in the hot pot and swirl to melt. Toss noodles with the butter, garlic salt and black pepper.
