Just like scallion pancakes, these Scallion Waffles are packed with delicious Asian flavors. Serve them topped with Potsticker Sloppy Joes or your favorite stir-fry recipe.

3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
