Sesame Shrimp Salad

Quick and easy, this weeknight meal is delicious and spicy!

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
10 ounces water chestnuts
14 ounces canned baby corn, drained
1 cup radishes, sliced
1 cup carrots, julienned
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup cucumber
1 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
pinch crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
