A Spanish style take on the traditional cacciatore, this Spanish Style Hunter Chicken has the heartiness of cacciatore with some Spanish flair! Since it’s made in a slow cooker, you can enjoy this year round!

1/4 pound pancetta
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups thinly sliced red, yellow and orange bell peppers
2 cups thinly sliced red onion
14 ounces fire-roasted canned tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green olives
2 cups low fat chicken broth
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
