10 ounces frozen spinach
14 ounces artichoke hearts
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded, fat free mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
8 ounces gian elbow macaroni (or other short pasta)
14 ounces artichoke hearts
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded, fat free mozzarella cheese
