Spinach, Mushroom and Ricotta Calzones #MeatlessMonday

Herb infused whole wheat pizza crust is the base for these tasty calzones! A hearty meal for #MeatlessMondays

1 whole pizza dough (whole wheat)
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
28 ounces whole tomatoes, canned
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
