Fall squash combines with broccoli and goat cheese in this easy and tasty weeknight #MeatlessMonday strata.

1 cup acorn squash, cooked
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 cup broccoli florets
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup half and half
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoon rubbed sage
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
