1/2 cup (80 g) cooked sweet corn
1 2/3 cup (100 g) cooked red kidney beans
1/2 tomato
1/2 green bell pepper
1/5 cup (5 g) curly leaf parsley
1/3 small onion
Dressing:
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt
