A few weekends ago, Stacy and I enjoyed some amazing food and drinks, and sang our little hearts out during karaoke at Heartbreaks & Hangovers. Yes - it’s a real place. The next morning, I was feeling OK, but I knew a mimosa would make me feel even better. The catch - I didn’t have any champagne. Instead, I had an already-open bottle of Pinot Noir and some orange juice, so I got creative.
