Red Velvet Bundt Cake

Moist and tender Red Velvet Bundt Cake with cream cheese frosting. Add some chocolate chips for a an even more delicious chocolate flavor.
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
3 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1 oz liquid red food coloring
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, optional
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3-4 cups confectioners’ sugar to taste
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a bundt pan, set aside.
