Red Velvet layered Cheesecake

Moist red velvet cake sandwiching a creamy cheese layer, and a note of holiday spice

1 ½ cups of cake flour
6 large eggs
16 oz. of cream cheese (room temp)
1 oz. red food coloring
7 oz. of Oreo’s
7 oz. of honey graham crackers
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of all-spice
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
6 large eggs
16 oz. of cream cheese (room temp)
1 oz. red food coloring
7 oz. of Oreo’s
7 oz. of honey graham crackers
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of all-spice

Step: 1 Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees, next in a large mixing bowl, mix 3 eggs, cream cheese,
