These cute chocolate and peanut butter brownies will get more smiles than screams!

1 bag Reese's Minis peanut butter cups
1/2 cup white frosting
Mini Reese's Pieces or chocolate chips for eyes
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4-5 Tbsp. milk
2 cups powdered sugar
