5 eggs at room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla

For the Topping:
6 ounces (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, plus an additional 1 tablespoon
