I love this rice! Super easy and so much more tasty than store bought, pre-prepared Spanish Rice. Very much like what you'd get at a Mexican Restaurant.

2 cups long grain white rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, diced
1/2 small can tomato sauce OR 1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil
salt & pepper
