Rice Cooker Cream Cheese Pancake

A pancake with cream cheese that is cooked using the rice cooker so that it comes out like a cake but still acceptable to eat for breakfast!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 - 1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
splash of lemon juice
powdered sugar, sprinkled on top, optional
syrup
fresh fruit as garnishment, optional
