1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, separated

Blueberry Sauce2 cups fresh blueberries

1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Blueberry Sauce2 cups fresh blueberries
