Rigatoni w/ Parmesan Garlic Cream Sauce

This dinner literally pulls together in 15 minutes or less, and it will wow and amaze your family or guests. Use this sauce over pasta, perogies or even as a fondue for broiled bread or steamed vegetables. I boil pasta, throw a bag of steamable veggies in the microwave and make the sauce. All together in a bowl, the top with a little crumbled bacon - and you're eating better than your favorite Italian restaurant!

1 cup Milk (+/- depending on how thick you like your sauce)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4oz shaved parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic/herb cheese spread (such as Aulloette or Rondeles)
2oz Havarti cheese
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
