Roasted Potatoes with Smoked Sausage and Green Beans

Smoked sausage and Italian dressing flavor up these roasted red potatoes and green beans beautifully in this simple, easy-to-make, one-pan dish. And, with only a handful of ingredients, you'll be grinning from ear to ear at how budget-friendly it is to make. Lots of great feedback on this recipe.

1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into large chunks
2 1/2 pounds red skin potatoes, scrubbed and cut into large chunks
10 ounces green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 large onion, peeled and cut into slices
1/2 cup good-quality Italian dressing
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon each fresh rosemary and thyme leaves (optional)
