Just a few ingredients and you have a delicious potato side dish.

2 Large red potatoes (peeled and cut into bite sized squares)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
